From I-40 and Knoxville
Take State Road 66 (exit 407).  Follow 66 about 8 miles.  Pass Lowe's on the right.  Turn left at sign "411 N," a new bypass that takes you to Dolly Parton Parkway or to 411 N.  Then turn left on 411 N and go 3.4 miles.  Turn right on Hwy.416 at the light (to Pittman Center), and go 5.3 miles.  Turn left to continue on 416 4.4 miles further.  King Hollow will be on your right past mile marker #5.  The B&B will be on your right a short distance after you have turned onto King Hollow.

From I-40 (with a detour through Pigeon Forge)
If you want to come in from Gatlinburg, first traveling through Pigeon Forge, follow 441 straight ahead at the intersection (just over the river).  This way may have a lot of traffic during popular vacation times.  Continue until you reach Gatlinburg.  At light #3 take a left on 321 North. Follow 2.4 miles (pass the fire station) and turn left onto Glades Rd.   Follow 3.2 miles to a dead-end.  Turn left onto Birds Creek.  Follow 1.2 miles to King Hollow.  Turn right and follow 2.3 miles to the B&B on the left up the hill.

From Cherokee
Enter Gatlinburg on 441 (Parkway Road).  As you get to lights #6 and #5, get into the right lane. (There is no light #4).  At light # 3, turn right and follow 321 North.  Follow 2.4 miles (pass the fire station) and turn left onto Glades Rd.   Follow 3.2 miles to a dead-end.  Turn left onto Birds Creek.  Follow 1.2 miles to King Hollow.  Turn right and follow 2.3 miles to the B&B on the left up the hill.

From Asheville and I-40
Take the Foothills Parkway (exit 443).  This ends at HWY 321.  Turn left and follow 321 for 1.8 miles.  321 goes right then.  Follow 12 miles to hwy 416.  Go right on 416 for 4.8 miles.  Turn left on King Hollow Road.  The B&B's driveway is .3 miles on the right.
